Seems that when I am on Slingshot I got a much slower sync speed/Max rate from Telecom/Spark. And a thing looks like exchange just two houses away, I have master filter installed and an N66U modem and the max rate I get now are 11Mb/990Kb? So looks like I am connected to different exchange quite further away?
