Really sick of this, nothing's been done about it.

Hi guys, I am just utterly irritated, frustrated, and beyond boiling point about the speed, and quality of our internet lately. I've always had this sort of problem, but it was just gotten worse over the months and today it is the worst I have seen it in a long long time. I have posted about this sort of thing constantly, and people have replied saying they have a similar problem yet I can't recall anyone saying problem solved.Changing ISPs isn't an option for me, as my father pays the bill for the broadband he's fairly computer illiterate so he makes me do all the problem solving, and technical support. He doesn't want to change ISPs or plans, I'll have to get this sorted. We are on the AYCE plan, and like I said before we have had this problem for months on end, it comes and goes but I've decided enough is enough and I want to get it sorted this time. The problem:Pings are skyhigh, on good days Google normally gets me 30-35ms per ping, maybe 15ms to trademe, and 12ms to the New Zealand herald.on bad days, I get disconnected, timed out, and pings to google are well over 100ms. Trademe, and NZherald also goes over 100ms quite easily. I hardly ever download Torrents, because things are so bad now with speed. However, I still tend to live stream the occasional TV channel from overseas, and the Aussie TV catchup website, and it struggles and buffers almost all the time, before stopping due to insufficient bandwith all the time. Most mornings, things are slightly better, but only just by a little bit.I've included some screenshots of pings, and my collection of speed tests throughout the day. Also, It's not the modem or any interference in the house as I recently went out, and purchased a brand new modem, and filter from PB technologies, in the hope that it would fix it, and I was proved wrong. I also disconnected all the Electronics round where the modem is, and hope that would sort it, but there was no improvement at all. I have also wired a new main telephone outlet to the wall, in the hope that that would fix it, also there was no improvement. Which makes me believe that the only problem it could be, is with Chorus, or incorrect settings on Slingshot's side. I believe my modem settings are correct, otherwise it wouldn't be connecting in the first place, but I've tampered around on the modem settings so often and there also hasn't been an improvement. Here are the images. Can you guys see anything wrong, or is that just normal for Slingshot, or AYCE?

I just want to get this fixed, so I can use our internet as we usually doThanks
