I've been on the phone for last hour waiting to be coonected to a support rep. The internet line (adsl) went down at around 1am and has not been up ever since. Tried two different modems they both refused to connect so i think its a line problem. How do you get this stuff sorted? Last time I contacted them by email/website i got back an email directing to call them if there is still problems, but the are not answering the phone? ( like "we'll be with you shortly" for more than an hour)
