Hi all,We are embarking on a piece of work to revamp My Account and all our self-service tools.We want to make it amazingly easy to use, really handy - and for it to work across a range of devices.If there's anything you'd like to see built in there - please sing out. You know best what you'd like to see and what would be most helpful for you.So far we are looking at:- order tracking- plan changes- fault logging/ troubleshooting- managing payments- data usage / calling details- pushed network status to people affected by an issueAnd a bunch of other things.Thanks all!
