Just want to put some feelers out there to find out what others would like to see from our provider.Perhaps a bit of a wishlist here...For example, personally I would like to see Slingshot offer a range of hardware to new / existing signups.Perhaps more powerful routers / switches etc require the customer to make up the difference or take out a longer contract.Maybe even a "home / office network bundle" where you pay $$$ and SS sends out a router, switch and a couple of APs and an IP phone or something.Would also like to see mobile plans incorporated into bundles and discounts for having all three services with SS.Eg Mobile plan + POTS / VoIP + DSL or Fibre planLastly would like to see an IPTV service that betters Sky / Quickflix / PPV and also enables freeview transmission as well so it aids those with poor / no UHF LOS or those that are stuck with using the satellite service.
