Hi people
I have been a slingshot customer for a few years now and so far have had great service and pricing. I recently moved to a new house and phoned slingshot to have the internet and phone moved to the new house. Slingshot said cool we will have that done on Friday 2/5. On that day the internet still was not connected so I called them on Saturday for an update, they proceeded to inform me that it was booked in for 2/5 but for some reason it will not be done until the 7/5.
I am very disappointed in this as it is critical for me to have a connection for my job. I now have to pay alot of money for 3G data in the meantime. I am considering leaving slingshot after this although I am reluctant to.
so what exactly does it take (technically) to have a connection moved? Why would it take so long? And would you also be disappointed in this?
