Hope there is Slingshot guy here reading this post.After several months waiting I can finally log into My account page, however whenever I try to access "Manage Italk Feature" link all i got is just a blank page with my phone number and password in clear text in address bar!I have called Slingshot over 3 times and told them this is not working from even a slingshot broadband connection, every time I got told it will be fixed next week and it NEVER did. It is extremely inconvenient to call the customer service and wait in line for over 20min just to manage some features. I know there were posts talking about this issue, and for some reason they all locked without having a fix or response from slingshot. If there won't be any response I guess I will have to transfer to other supplier due to this crappy service I've paid for.
