Auth question -- Fibre

Hi,

It appears that callplus is completely unreachable by phone over the weekend (well I did get through to the 'after hours support' & was promised a callback but nothing happened). So my question is, where can I get the PPPoE user/pass (and possibly even VLAN) details? Is it possible to extract it from the Cisco SMB 'router' they provide? In the web UIAt the moment I've plugged port 4 of the Cisco router into my pfSense and am running my routed subnets there, but I can't get the firewall rules to work correctly for my routed subnet. I strongly suspsect it's the Cisco router. In any case, the Cisco is really not needed there so I'd like to get rid ofi t.My endgame is to plug the ONT straight into a pfSense and PPPoE auth on there.
