over 2 months ago I asked it to be changed to a naked connection, accepting that I would be going onto a new 12 month contract but having a considerable saving each month. You emailed me (and even for some strange reason sent me a letter) asking if I wanted to keep the phone number or not, I replied on june the 20th that I did not want to keep this number (as the email from a staff member asked I did) - your ticket was accepted by your system and answered on the 23rd that a note was being made on my account. I had a look today and see that the last 2 months have been still charged as the old plan, not the correct plan I should have been on.So, what can "work something out to make it worthwhile staying" get me? VDSL global mode unlimited naked connection?
