Attempt to change plan... Not so fun.

We changed our plan about 1-2 weeks ago, our billing period ends on the 8th, so we're not near the 4 day limit as stated by your terms. Yet we were told we wouldn't be moved over to the 200GB plan until the 8th. This forced us to spend $50 on a data pack or live with capped speeds for 2-3 weeks. The tech support help desk was no help at all in this matter...Here is a snippet from their site:"Your broadband plan will change on 09 Jun 2013.You may only change broadband plans once per month. Broadband plan changes can take up to 4 days so if you are within 4 days of your billing date you may have to wait till your next billing cycle to see your plan change. If you change from a broadband plan which we no longer offer to one of our current broadband plans, you will not be able to change back to your old plan. If you select a broadband plan that requires tolls you must have direct dial with Slingshot for it to be effective."Specific notice to: Broadband plan changes can take up to 4 days so if you are within 4 days of your billing date you may have to wait till your next billing cycle to see your plan changeWe changed plans a week or so ago so definitely nowhere near the 8th.I would like this issue to be resolved and hopefully have the 50GB ($50?) data pack refunded as we shouldn't have needed to purchase it in the first place.. We purchased a $20 data pack which would take us over until what we thought would be the plan changeover - 4 working days. But nope!
